Let Box & Co manage and supervise all sub-contract trades for you. Our Commercial Construction Management process includes the following services:
Provision of initial project cost plan and scope document
Lump sum fee for preliminaries and site set up
Management fee as a fixed percentage of total costs.
During the cost plan and early design process we will provide cost advice and design solutions
Once scopes are set, we will call for trade packages and receive a minimum of 3 prices for each package. These prices will be declared and open booked to you. Once approved the subcontractor will be contracted to Box and Co to undertake the works. This process will continue throughout all trade packages.
Box and Co will provide site supervision and liaison to allow the safe undertaking of the works. Our costs for this supervision is part of our fixed lump sum for Preliminaries and is included in the cost plan.
Payment will be made on final cost of these sub trades.
During the above works, Box and Co will liaise with the design team of Architects, Engineers etc. as required to review the scope and provide budget control assistance during this design development
Final costs will be determined at completion of the works and or at completion of design works to allow satisfactory trade scope pricing and commitment.
Management and coordination of all on site construction elements required to comply with project scope and brief
Assist with management and coordination of all Local Authority Approvals required for the proposed facility.
Assist with management and coordination of all Building Code of Australia compliance
Management and coordination of the complete construction process including commissioning and handover.
