Chris brings more than 25 years’ of experience across the residential, commercial and civil construction sectors.
As Commercial & Pre-Contract Manager, Chris leads Box & Co’s tendering and live-project commercial functions, including tender reviews, procurement strategy, contract risk, subcontractor engagement and commercially robust submissions.
He coordinates Head Contracts and Subcontracts, supporting project teams with contract administration, cost control, variations, claims and close-out. His methodical approach strengthens risk oversight and supports a smooth transition from tender to delivery.
