Box & Co was appointed Principal Contractor by Catholic Education to complete a total refurbishment of Mercy House at St Mary’s College, including a new lift structure and stairwell.
Mercy House is a heritage-listed building within the historic St Mary’s College campus in Ipswich. The project involved significant heritage management with design and construction methods carefully considered, ensuring the heritage integrity was maintained.
Box & Co’s meticulous restoration and construction work at St Mary’s College was recognised with a 2013 QMBA Construction Award.
